2️⃣ What are you most proud of? (Values & achievements)
3️⃣ What mistakes have you made? (Self-awareness & growth)
4️⃣ Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (Ambition & vision)
👉 Listen carefully. If something isn’t clear, go deeper.
👉 Look for passion—you can teach skills, but not drive.
👉 Pay attention to their questions—they reveal true interest, preparation, and mindset.
Hiring isn’t just about filling a role. It’s about finding the right TALENT and shaping the future.
