Having a work-life balance is about energy management.

Did you know that you are like a battery and your energy is limited? if you burn your energy during the week at work and you do not recharge it over the weekend, you are heading fast to a burnout.

First, we need to get enough sleep, to exercise and to eat well during the weekend. Second, we need to spend time with family, friends. And finally, we need to find some time for reading, listening to music, going to theatres or cinemas. All these activities will give us a recharge. We will not get if from sitting in front of a tv with a remote control in one hand and with a bag of crisps in second.
